The world’s leading luxury travel retailer, DFS, appointed Red Bridge to help them generate brand understanding and top-of-mind brand recall amongst outbound Chinese.  An integral part of our communications program is social content marketing – we aim to capitalise on the growing ‘Travel Retail’ segment and influence affluence Chinese traveller itinerary plans both before and while at their destinations with relevant and on-brand travel content.

We launched DFS’s WeChat with the 2015 Chinese New Year campaign, which features Hong Kong as a featured destination.  The campaign seamlessly marries useful Hong Kong travel recommendations with DFS’s retail offering and holiday special promotions, and instantly achieved over 52,000 viewership, 11,000 engagement and over 4,000 new followers on WeChat during the first two weeks.
