As WE Red Bridge’s technology practice director, Martin is responsible for providing integrated tech communications to a wide range of clients, including HPE, AMD, F5, Honeywell, Henkel, Covestro, Dow, Rockwell Automation and Unicloud. With 20 years’ experience working with global as well as local brands, Martin oversees a cross-functional team of over 15 based in Beijing and Shanghai.
Prior to joining WE Red Bridge, Martin headed the China PR team for technology company Hewlett-Packard at Fleishman-Hillard. Before that, he was at Hill & Knowlton, where he led a strong-performing team to service HP Personal Systems Group (PSG), a division of Hewlett-Packard. In addition to working on the agency side, Martin spent two years as the in-house PR manager of Sage China Software LTD., where he drove communications to support business growth and brand reputation. Martin also understands China’s shifting media landscape and the needs of editors, having started his career at eWeek, a technology and business magazine, and risen from reporter to chief editor over a period of five years.
Martin earned his double bachelor in materials science and engineering and a degree in business management from Beijing University of Technology.
